Resort Wedding Packages In Australia
While we have a number of wedding packages available we have chosen Kewarra Beach Resort as an example of a package that is romantic, excellent value and in one of Australia's nicest resorts that suits couples as well as couples inviting guests.
The price is valid to 31 March 2010 and is for the ceremony inclusions/photography and does not include flights, airport transfers or accommodation. Booking and eligibility conditions may apply.
Kewarra weddings are romantic, creative and flexible. The in-house wedding coordinators work with you to make your special day memorable and just how you want it. You can choose to have the ceremony on the beach with the Coral Sea as a backdrop or in a private area within the lush tropical gardens. The beachfront Nautilus Deck is also a unique location within the resort for an intimate wedding.
Inclusions
- Fees for the Marriage Celebrant, including all transportation costs to and from the ceremony.
- Marriage licence and certificate (issued on the day).
- All administration costs associated with organising the wedding by Kewarra Beach Resort.
- Decorated venue for the wedding ceremony (location to be chosen by the bride and groom after arrival at Kewarra - beach or tropical gardens).
- Bouquet for bride and buttonhole for groom (selected from our local florist after arrival at the Resort).
- Bottle of Australian Sparkling wine served following the wedding ceremony.
- Provision of witness/Best Man, etc. if required.
- Professional photographer to capture the occasion, 60 prints, produced and presented in an album, with the negatives within 24 hours.
- Candlelit Dinner for two at Kewarra including wine.
Conditions
- Minimum 3-nights stay at Kewarra Beach Resort (additional cost)
- Minimum 1working day residency in Australia prior to the wedding cferemony
- To marry in Australia you must be 18 years and over
- Certificate of Intent to Marry must be obtained from the Australian Consulate
Documents Required in Australia for the Ceremony
- Valid Passport
- Certificate of intent to marry (original copy)
- Photocopy of birth certificate and passport and original form of intent to marry must be received in Australia by a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.
- Passports to be sighted by the Celebrant on Day of Ceremony,
- Original Birth Certificate must be sighted by Celebrant on day of the Ceremony
- If divorced your decree absolute
- If widowed your spouses death certificate & previous marriage certificate
- Legal proof of any name changes by deed poll.
